What if dreams really do come true? Do you think they do? Have any of your dreams ever come true? I’m not talking about the dreaming we do during the night, but rather, the dreams we hold within our hearts and minds. In other words, I’m talking about our dreams of how we want our lives to be.
Did you ever wonder why some people have all the luck? You look at their lives and it seems as if their dreams are magically materializing before their eyes. They have everything they want and more, and they’re happy, energetic and positive about life. Did you ever wonder what they have that you don’t have? Did you ever wish you could be in their shoes instead of your own?
What if I were to tell you that you too can live the life of your dreams? Would you believe me? Rather than allow your mind to shut down in immediate disbelief, can you let yourself read on with an attitude of hopeful curiosity instead?
The secret is simple, but people who are feeling ‘stuck’ in their lives have not yet figured it out. You know about the Law of Gravity, right? It’s a universal law that operates whether we agree with it or not. It just ‘is’.
There is another universal law that is always at work – the Law of Attraction. According to the Law of Atraction, you attract whatever your thoughts and emotions are focused on. You’re often not consciously aware of this law, but if you look closely, you’ll find that you can easily see it in action.
The good news is that you can consciously learn how to use the Law of Attraction to reconnect with your dreams and then go on to achieve them. Follow these 3 steps to harness the power of the Law of Attraction, and then you can create the life of your dreams.
Step 1: Understand that everything is vibration.
Okay, but what exactly does that mean? In 1905, Albert Einstein proved that we can break matter down into smaller parts. When we do this, we move beyond the physical realm and into a realm in which everything is energy or frequency. This is the Law of Vibration – yes, another universal law.
The Law of Vibration says that nothing ever ‘rests,’ but everything is constantly moving and vibrating. Lower vibrations move slower, while higher vibrations move faster. The circumstances that appear in our lives result from vibrating energy that we emit from all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Feelings of fear, grief and despair vibrate at a very low frequency. Feelings of love, joy and gratitude vibrate at a much quicker frequency.
Step 2: Understand that the Law of Attraction works through vibrations.
Let’s look at some examples of the Law of Attraction in action and see how it relates to the Law of Vibration.
If you’re vibrating at the same energy frequency as someone you haven’t heard from in years, your energy vibrations attract that person into your life. You might meet randomly, receive a phone call from him or her, or hear the person’s name mentioned in a conversation.
If you’re vibrating at the same energy as debt, your energy vibrations attract debt. You may find yourself always having debt or you may observe your debt increasing over time.
According to the Law of Attraction, you attract whatever matches your energy vibration – good and bad. When you know how to control your energy vibration, you can control what your vibrations attract.
Think of yourself as a radio tower emitting a signal. When you are thinking and feeling positively, you send out a positive signal and attract more positivity to come back to you. When you are feeling unlucky and pessimistic, you send out a signal that attracts more of the same into your life. If you want to change what you’re attracting, you need to change your signal.
Step 3: Shift your vibration to bring more of what you want and less of what you don’t want.
Changing your energy vibration is about breaking an old pattern and forming a new one. Try some of these ideas to raise your energy vibration and start attracting more of your ideal dream life to you:
- spend time in nature
- remove yourself from people and situations that upset you
- watch an inspiring and feel-good movie
- read positive quotes
- watch Abraham-Hicks YouTube videos
- write down positive affirmations and post them around your home
- think of everything you’re grateful for
- tell people what you appreciate and love about them
- tell yourself what you appreciate and love about yourself
- write a story about the perfect life you envision for yourself
As with any new skill, the more you practice ways to raise your frequency, the easier you’ll find yourself attracting wanted circumstances into your life. Once you shift your vibration, you’ll notice that your momentum will take you in new, exciting and positive directions.
Yes, you can have your dream life. Simply follow the above 3 steps with an attitude of curiosity and openness. You are more than you may realise now, and as you continually raise your vibration, you’ll see the Law of Attraction powerfully at work to bring you all the things your heart desires.
